Screen Printing-
Rack Custom requires a 50% deposit for all orders placed. New clients may be required to pay 100% before production begins if your order does not exceed 500$. Once your deposit is received, we custom order your blank shirts. After we order the blank shirts for your order there will be no refund given on your deposit. Clients can request draft images before there product goes to print to make sure it is exactly what they are looking for. If drafts are provided and approved, production is finalized.
Design Services-
Our design services work in a similar fashion to our screen printing. Once you provide information for your design we require a 50% deposit. From there we forward your inquiry to one of our many talented artists which in turn do a mock up design. That design is sent back to the client to approve, at this point in time you can request any changes you want to see done to the design to fit exactly what your looking for. After design is finalized we require the other 50% of payment. No refunds will be given on any graphic design projects after they are completed.
Print Preparation – get your order printed quicker!
To best aid in the correct printing and arrangement of your shirts Rack Custom asks the following, this is not required but recommended for helping us in getting your order 100% correct. By taking this extra time to setup your order before hand your order is placed in front of any current que orders without specified instructions.
- Shirt mock ups- digital images or print images of how you want your design to appear on the shirt after printing
- Organize shirts by style, design, and size and label them as so
